Terms & Conditions

By booking a trial lesson or enrolling in tuition with Tutorium, you agree to the following terms.

Lessons & Bookings

• The free trial lesson is a 30-minute, no-commitment introductory session.
• Regular lessons are 1 hour long and scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the tutor and the student/parent.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson where possible.

Payments

Lesson fees are charged per hour as listed on our Tuition Programs page. Outstanding balances should be settled promptly to ensure lessons continue without interruption.

Conduct

We expect all students and parents to engage respectfully with tutors. Tutorium reserves the right to suspend or end tuition for behaviour that is abusive, unsafe, or otherwise unacceptable.

Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality tuition, we cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes or grades, as these depend on many factors beyond our tuition alone.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
